Most of your time is outdoors, developing skills with hands-on experience climbing poles, building lines, and operating industry equipment.
Earn 11 safety and industry certifications (OSHA, CPR/First Aid, Pole-Top Rescue, CDL, and more) that companies look for.
You’ll be a part of a 21-person pole circle (PC), that works and trains together every day to replicate the teamwork, accountability, and crew life of the industry.
